Dr. Gordon Walker is a PhD biochemist who studied wine fermentations at UC Davis, is now exploring the wild world of mushrooms, molds, and more on @fascinatedbyfungi
Join Gordon on Friday, March 8 for a 6:00 pm presentation about fungi and mushrooms of the Napa Valley, followed by a communal 4-course, mushroom-themed dinner by Chef Jammir.
The menu:
🍄 salad with spinach and shallot vinaigrette
🍄 🦀 cakes with green garlic remoulade
🍄 Wellington with melted leeks and porcini jus
🍄 candy and brown sugar cheesecake
Optional wine pairings are available.
The menu can be adapted for both vegetarians and vegans.
