Cheers to Seven Years with Compline

We’re turning 7 next month and we couldn’t have done it without you. Here’s to our amazing community of friends, fellow wine lovers, and foodies right here in Napa.

On the evenings of Friday Sept. 13 and Saturday Sept. 14, we’re pouring complimentary Champagne—Agrapart’s 7 Crus, naturally—and serving a three-course menu featuring all-new dishes from Executive Chef Edwin Robles.

First Course (choose one):

Confit Tomato Soup with Basil Oil

Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with

Asian Pear, Ponzu, and Shiso

Beef Tartare with Anchovy,

Quail Egg, and Rye Cracker

Main Course (choose one):

Lemon Ricotta and Spinach Gnudi

with Wild Mushrooms and Brown Butter

Pork Loin with Vanilla Butter,

Housemade Sauerkraut and Dried Plum

Wine-Braised Beef Shortribs

with Root Vegetable Purée & Pickled Daikon

Dessert:

Vanilla Flan, Caramel, and Whipped Cream
